Refund policy

 

I really hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from my online shop, but if you are not, then I’m happy to offer you a full refund, as long as it is within the terms of my returns policy.  

Please note that any items that have been personalised, customised or bespoke-made are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged.

If you wish to return an item for any reason for a full refund, you have 14 days from the date the item is delivered to notify me - by email, replying to your purchase confirmation email, or using my website’s Contact Form, or via Instagram DM.  Please include your order number and a description of the item.  I will reply to your message to confirm receipt, and will give you a returns number and the return address, which is in London UK.

After this, you must make sure that I receive the product within a further 14 days.  It must be ‘as new’ with no trace of usage.  Worn, damaged or used items will not be refunded or exchanged.

You are liable for the return postage, and for any postal loss in the return of the item, so I recommend sending it via a tracked service that offers insurance cover.

Please re-use the original packaging to return the item (for example the glassine wrap, cardboard edging and book mailer for sketchbooks, and the cellophane slip case and postal tube for prints), in order to securely protect it against damage, as you are responsible for ensuring the product is returned without damage.

Please include your returns number in or on the box.  I will contact you when the item arrives to let you know I have received it. 

Please note that if you are returning an item from outside the UK, additional taxes and import/customs duties may be charged on the item being returned, and this cost is liable to be paid by you.  If additional taxes or import/customs duties are charged on an item being returned from outside the UK, then this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.  I recommend you mark the box as a ‘return to seller item’, but cannot guarantee that this will ensure the package is not subject to additional import tax or customs duties.
