Shipping policy

Prints and paintings ship within 5 working days of receiving your order. Sketchbooks are made to-order in the order in which they are received, so lead times vary. The current shipping date is always listed at the top of the product description, and will be confirmed in an email after purchase.

I ship globally, but standard checkout is limited to countries served by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. If your country is not listed please Contact Me - I should still be able to ship to you using a courier.

The number of books I can make per week is limited, so if you order multiples I may need to move the shipping date to the following week.

Please note if the value of your order greatly exceeds Royal Mail's maximum insurance of £250, I may need to amend the order, or use a courier for an extra fee, in which case I will contact you.

The maximum weight at checkout is 10kg for the UK and 5kg for the rest of the world. If you would like to order more items than this allows for, please Contact Me and I will create a custom order for you.

For UK orders I use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a delivery aim of 2-3 business days. International orders ship with Royal Mail International Tracked, with a delivery aim of 6-7 business days. US orders are handled by USPS after customs. For express shipping please Contact Me for a quote.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and a further email with tracking details when your order ships. Alternatively log in or create an account to view your full order history, addresses and tracking details.

Please note: in some countries, items shipped internationally from the UK may be liable for sales tax/VAT, and/or customs duties on delivery. If in doubt, please check your country's policy.

USA CUSTOMERS - Tariffs are now charged on most products imported into the USA (paintings and prints are currently exempt). The UK rate is 10% of the product purchase price. This cost is included in the price you pay at checkout. I will pay the tariff to customs via Royal Mail using Postal Deliveries Duties Paid (PDDP), so your parcel should be delivered without any further charge or required action.

EU CUSTOMERS - Since Brexit, VAT is liable on all orders at your country's local rate. This is payable upon collection of your parcel. You can find more information about buying products from the UK HERE.

If my lead time gets too long, I may temporarily take sketchbooks out of stock to catch up with orders. I will list the restock date in the product description. Sign up to my mailing list to be notified when back in stock.
